Ladies I need You

Today I was having the worst pain in my lower abdomen so bad that I could barely walk or sit down it lasted for almost an hour so I took a ibroufen and the pain stopped so I went to the bathroom to see if I was bleeding (I'm pregnant) and no blood but a lot of CM...do anyone know what was the reason for that pain?I have a doctors appointment next week to confirm pregnancy.
