Yes and no. Sex is a great way to connect with my fiancé and part of how we express our love for each other. But, it isn’t the most important part of our relationship by far. If it was we would’ve fallen apart years ago considering we managed long distance for 5 years. Trust, respect, communication, loyalty, friendship and unconditional love matters so much more. He’s my best friend and I know that no matter what he’ll be there for me through everything. Our connection and relationship is way more important that our sex life. I’d hate to lose the sex and it does play a big role. But, if we couldn’t have sex at all ever again I’d still stay with him. If we didn’t have the other hinges I wouldn’t stay though.
