AF is here
As usual, AF showed up uninvited. But WOW i forgot how horrible my cramps are when I’m not on the pill 😭😭😭 help. What are some remedies? I’ve tried heat pack, shower, midol....I’m desperate. Any oils that can help? The ONLY thing that usually helps is sex, but I’m in such pain I’m not even in the mood to be touched....i can’t even be mad I’m not pregnant because these cramps are taking everything out of me....
