HELP ME PLEASE!
Sorry if this is long:
I’m 14 years old and I’m a freshmen at high school. I’ve been trying to lose fat/weight for about 1 1/2 years but I haven’t been able to. I would say I loose about 5lbs but end up gaining it all back.
So homecoming is coming up and all my friends and I are going to go. I am really self conscious and I want to be able to be skinnier/less fat for that day and be able to maintain it.
I want to lose about 15-20lbs, mainly fat. I weigh 140lbs, I’m 5’4” with a waist circumference of 31-32in.(My lower abdomen tends to be 34in).
So I would really appreciate if you guys could give me any advice, tips, and some motivation to help me. Thank you!
Edit: The reason I’m really self conscious is because I used to be skinny as hell a long time ago so now when people see me they’re like ‘you gained weight’
