so today i put in my first tampon. it hurt a little but i was so uncomfortable until i relaxed. it took me so many tries until i got it!!! now i usually use pads but today i put in a tampon because i went swimming with my friends. while i got used to wearing it, it hurt so much. it hurt to walk a little bit and it hurt to sit down. sometimes i could feel it sliding out or something, i don’t know what it was. and when i took it out it hurt like hell!!! what am i doing wrong?! i really want to keep using tampons, t
