Im fat af ik but i need some advice

So I'm a sophomore in highschool and I'm 5"3 and like 190 lbs and I just really want to get healthy and start living a healthy life style but I have literally no self control and it's like when I try I always get back to square 1 is there a certain way I should be doing this process because I want to do this so i can get healthier and live a long healthy life but right now I'm stuck and I just want to change for the better any advice ?💓
