Tips,tricks, and advice for SAT and ASVAB

So I’ve been stressing out about every little thing about school this year to were I go to school then come home and sleep from 4-9 wake up cause my family asks if I’m okay then try to get more sleep for the next day.

Well the other day we got a paper saying we can take a practice SAT and we all have to take the ASVAB so I’m stressing a little more cause these are kinda important test you can’t really study for them and if I get a bad grade on either it’ll look bad to the college I want to get into ((I swear I think getting into Harvard would be easier...)) so if anyone has some tips and tricks and maybe a little advice that’d be great. I’d really appreciate it, thank you for your time as well.
