I had sex 11 days before my period, I am on birth control pills. It has been 4 weeks since the sex I am constipated, have some headaches, cramps, fuller breasts and mood swings.. Aunt flow is due in 8 days - could this just be PMS? Or could I be pregnant.

Part of me thinks due to bleeding a heavy normal period lasting 4 days after the sex I am fine, I’ve not had sex since? My mind is playing tricks on me, I’ve just started a new job, I live with my parents and I’m not with the guy!!!

Please no negative comments I am on birth control and have safe sex but for some reason I just feel so paranoid I think my mind could be playing tricks on me?
