Safe to take while sick?

Hi ladies. I’m 35, TTC baby #2. I’m only 6 DPO but I’m really under the weather. I’ve got a bit of a high temp and I have a migraine, along with intense nausea and bad body aches. 
Is there anything safe to take to alleviate these symptoms? I’m at the point where I just want to take a Benadryl and go to sleep bc I feel so icky. But I have my 2 year old beauty queen baby daughter to take care of and no help. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? 🙏🤢

Get to a doctor ASAP (especially if anything sounds like meningococcal). Can you call a trusted friend or family member to babysit, or babysitting service?

Just saying... you could be implanting which is why you are feeling like this. Last cycle I had migraine and vomiting 7 dpo and got my bfp on 11 dpo (ended in a chemical). How long have you been sick for ?

I'd say start with tylenol and see if that helps you at all. I cant remember what else is safe to use during pregnancy, but there are more medicines. You could call your obgyn and see what they recommend
