Is it worth testing tomorrow?

I will be 10dpo tomorrow with AF due in 4 days. If I am pregnant then I believe I experienced implantation pains at 7dpo. I have one pack of 2 FRER tests. Do you think it's worth testing with FMU tomorrow? Or do you think it would probably not detect it yet? The suspense is killing me, I've been feeling nauseous all day and had bad gas and constipation cramps.
