When could this have happened???

On Monday, September 3rd I got a faint positive pregnancy test and have been getting them all week. I got blood word taken yesterday and will know results on Monday. When could I have conceived? I had a light period at the end of August. 
Looking at my calendar, when do you think I conceived? How far along do you think I am?

Your 3day period in August could have been implantation bleeding. 2/3 days is pretty average.

You could have been pregnant already when you had your “light period”. It may not have been an actual period. The only way to know for sure is to get an ultrasound and they will be able to tell you how far along you are by baby’s measurements

Looks like you could of maybe gotten pregnant end of July I'm only saying that because your period was only three days in Aug make an appointment they will know more
