Has anyone who got the NIPT testing had results for cystic fibrosis? Which company was the test through? The test that my clinic does doesn't include it. We're trying to decide between first trimester screening and NIPT +/- cystic fibrosis carrier screening. My husband's brother has down syndrome. Also his niece has cystic fibrosis so there is a 50% chance he is a carrier and my dr said I have a 1 in 28 (normal) chance of being a carrier. My insurance doesn't cover any of these so we're trying to figure out the best way to approach.
