I thought about making a dentist appointment but then remembered I can’t brush my teeth without dry heaving.

Yup! I went to the dentist a couple weeks ago and turns out I have pregnancy gingivitis 😭 I was so bummed! Ive never even had a cavity 🙄 dentist recommended that I buy a sonic care... seems to be working pretty good since far. I go back on the 20th so we’ll see 🤷‍♀️

You should make a dental appt the sooner the better because it gets worse. Pregnancy gingivitis very common.

It’s normal, my dentist told me to brush my gums and floss everyday.
