For those moms I had a membrane sweep Wednesday was dilated to 3cm and 80% effaced. Little bit of spotting and contractions that day. They finally stopped. Lost my mucous plug Friday morning little cramping through the day. 10:30pm contractions went from 20 minutes to 5 minutes in an hour and a half. Couldn’t walk talk or barely breathe through them. Went to the hospital 5vm and 90%. My contractions never got closer than 4-5 minutes but they were intense so strong they were lasting almost two minutes. Needless to say my water broke at 5:45 and he came at 5:51. Hang in there momma’s
