Hey girls. I really need some help, so I have a ex and I still love him. It’s a long story but it’s been 6 months since we split (I broke up with him) he was my best friend for 6 years before and we were together a year and some change. When we split it wasn’t because I stopped loving him, but that we both are young and needed to experience dating other ppl and growing. Yesterday I saw him for the first time in 6 months, his family talked to me and he was on the field (football). When he came to the side lines he looked at me (tired). We made eye contact and he gave a little head nod and according to my friend smiled a little. I know he’s not over the break up and i will always love him, and I hope he meant those words too. He followed me back on insta this morning, and I really don’t know what to do. Do I talk to him?

Add on: I’m in a relationship currently but the guy is toxic and I’m gonna end up leaving him soon.
