EAT BEFORE BED. KILLS NAUSEA & DIZZINESS! Trust me guys

Omg omg omg. So...

I’m one of those who feel sick all day, all night and just not able to throw up. Pretty much lived in the bed for the last couple of days because I felt like such crap.

THEN one sweet sweet night I decided to have a snack before bed. I think it was a leftover piece of burger from earlier that day (don’t judge me lol didn’t want to waste it, not big on > 1 day old food).

I felt AMAZING the next morning 😭😭. It was a MIRACLE.

So I tested my theory, didn’t eat before bed the next night. Felt terrible in the morning. Then ate before bed the following night (healthier this time) and felt like an energetic angel in the morning. Been doing this now all week and boy, I have no words lol. It’s great!

I really wish someone had told me this before! So I’m here to share. Try to see if this works for ya! If not, I’m sorry 😐. Lol but hey, worth a try!
