Just a thought, what’s your thoughts?

I am 98% set on my daughters name, Stella Blue, but omg I just love the name Minnow! I keep thinking about it. I just want your thoughts on what you like best. I love Stella Blue Alora and I love Minnow Alora. Tough choices. I’m pretty sure I’m sticking with Stella Blue, but Minnow is so beautiful.

Minnow is cute but reminds me of fish bait. I’d say go with Stella. You could call her your little minnow as a nickname?

I know two people named Minnow. Both are males,  one is Amish and one is ex-Amish. That being said, I wouldn't name my child after a baby fish.  Stella is much better!

I have a soft spot for the name Minnow too. It's so sweet and I love it. But I think in our society Stella is a better name to live with. Minnow maybe does better as a middle name or nickname. And from what I remember of your other kids' names, I think Stella is a really lovely addition, whereas Minnow might stand out in a way she may or may not appreciate as she grows up.

I like the sound of Minnow since I’ve been loving names ending in the oh sound but I can’t get on board with Minnow since it’s a bait fish. But Meadow Alora is pretty 😊

Stella Blue is cute but reminds me of alcohol (stella rose). Minnow is a tiny fish.
