when did you let your baby sleep on their back

just wondering when other mothers let their little ones sleep on their back. I've recently started with my son when he was 3 1/2 months, started with nap time and now at night. but I'm still so paranoid even though he does great

Do you mean belly?  Babies should always sleep on their back from day 1 until they are able to roll over onto their belly themselves.  Maybe I’m misunderstanding your question?

the new study shows to put them on their the backs for sleep. 
my little guy has mastered rolling and will flip himself over to his belly for bedtime, I can't control it but he at least starts on his back. (he's 5 months, been doing since 4 1/2 months)

The saying is ‘back to sleep’. They sleep on their back until they are able to roll and chose to do so in the night.

Ummm your baby should always be on their back.  They shouldn't be laying on their belly until they can roll on their own.
