Are scrambled eggs ok for an almost 9 month old?

FTM here and really have no clue what to give her for first time foods and saw online it say that scrambled eggs were ok. is this true? can you give me some ideas for good finger foods for my daughter really need help

Scrambled eggs are fine. By 9 months my SD was eating pretty much anything we had soft on our plates.

Is she on any solids yet? eggs are fine to give at nine months. Try lots of fruit, veg, soft teething biscuits, pasta, bread, puffs and dry cereal. There’s lots they can try by nine months.

Yes! My son has been eating scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning since he was 6 months old. I also give him yogurt and cut up fruit (usually peaches or pears) for breakfast as a side. Eggs are such a great source of so many key nutrients, including choline for brain health. We started giving our son everything we eat by the time he was 6 months (eggs, steak, curry, chicken, almonds, green beans, broccoli, avocados, kimchi, etc) as long as everything is cut up small enough so he can’t choke.

Our almost 7mo old snacks on bananas, green beans, strawberries, rice puffs, puréed fruits & veggies, avocado slices, watermelon, mashed potatoes, zuchinni. I just asked his ped about a food introduction schedule. He gets one new food every 3-5 days to make sure he tolerates it. Haven't tried scrambled eggs, but at 9 months go for it mama!
