First time pregnancy concerns??

This is my first time being pregnant and I’m very concerned on what I should be doing, trying not to be stressed and just over all worried that anything I might do could affect the baby, any advice please??

If you’re going to do something that you’re not sure you’re supposed to do, look it up or talk to your OB. I stressed about what I was supposed to cut out of my diet whenever I found out I was pregnant (I was distraught when I heard no lunch meat). I asked my OB about it and he said he’d rather I eat a sandwich than stress about it. There hasn’t been a listeria outbreak in like 20 years. But find a hobby. It helps keep your mind off of the stressful parts. I’m trying to make recipe books at the moment. Pinterest has a lot of little Dollar Store DIYs to distract you
