Depends why you hate them? Are you both adults and they ruin your life or are you a teenager and they mildly inconvenience you?

I would say it depends on what they've done. I noticed your reply to the other girl so it's understandable considering the state she's put you in. I would never say it's okay to hate another human being. It's not healthy to have those feelings weighing down on you. I am however a strong believer in simply a distance of communication. I would separate myself from her. Speakijng polightly but nothing more. Just existing around her but not letting her get to you. I had to to that with my father while he still lived at home. I would answer his questions and treat him like a human being. But I wouldn't sit and watch tv with him or go anywhere with him. I became his roommate more than anything because I developed hatred and I couldn't let it destroy me. I was too young to let a sociopath damage me forever. Remember you are your own person. Only you can say whether or not people hurt you.

In my opinion, hate is never okay. It ruins inner happiness, so I don't think it is okay to hate anyone, but it is okay to not like them.
