Tampon stuck in me for 2 weeks

I’m freaking out because I had went to a trip and had gotten my period on the last day I wore a tampon and got too drunk and woke up the next day confused if I had taken the tampon out or not because I didn’t see it. 2 weeks later I’m taking a poop and I feel it come out. I’m scared if I can have any infections. Or tss. I did have sex within the last 2 weeks even my partner said he felt something I should’ve known it was the tampon. I just didn’t even know I had one stuck in me. What should I do
