So much discharge!!

Anyone else have to wear a pantyliner 24/7??? All day everyday! Of course this makes it easier to track my CM consistency but it is so uncomfortable and has been going on for years. Nothing foul smelling and not suspicious of infection. Got my Paragard IUD removed 2 weeks ago so I was hoping that would make a difference but nothing yet. I wish I could be one of those people who can just go commando but nope!! I know this is normal for some people but I hate it😩 anyone relate??
