Laparoscopic advice needed

Have you had laparoscopic surgery to remove endometriosis adhesions and afterwards experienced increased fertility?

I’ve had three miscarriages and the doctors are just now suggesting endometriosis might be a possibility (all other tests are clear). Two doctors have recommended the laparoscopic surgery, but have said they may not find anything and that if they do, in 90% of people it does not change fertility. I’ve been told it will be painful, expensive and take me out of trying for several months so I’m not sure it’s worth it. Any advice?
