Mid cycle spotting?

Please dont be rude. I know this is probably a dumb question but I've been spotting all day. I have long cycles (33ish days) and I'm exactly in between periods. I'm not super worried but thought I would ask on here. Google was very vague and I dont want to waste my doctors time if it's nothing. my cycle is very regular though.

If it’s very light, it may be nothing to worry about. If you don’t get your period next month, and/or have more unusual symptoms that bother you, then it might be a good idea to consult your GYN. Doctors dismissed my complaints for years and turned out I was right all along about something being wrong, so IMO it’s never a waste of time when you know your body best.
