No confidence

Someone give me some damn confidence to text my ex about asking him to hang outt fuckkkk I just want to talk to him but I’m just nervous but I’ve been wanting to do it for ages but keep putting it off and I overthink that he’d just be like no even when I did ask if we could talk soon and said yes but I’m such an anxious person help 😭
