Does anyone wake up, things are fine, then about an hour later you start feeling cramps then you know the flood gates are about to open? Then by afternoon your bleeding stops?

I have endo, currently waiting for treatment to start, but ive had the surgery a few weeks ago now m cramps are awful and my periods are more weird. Before surgery i would be on my period for a month straight then stop for a week then bleed again for another month. I dont know what to do.
