So I have always had the heaviest periods, lasting anywhere from 5 to 9 days. When I was using g tampons I would buy the super plus and change it every hour, and I still had to wear pads because it would leak through every single time! I switched to the menstrual cup (which I love and if you have any questions about it ask away, I'll never go back to traditional period management products lol) and I have had to empty the cup like every 2 hours. My real question here is simply, is this much blood normal? All in all, I probably excrete an entire 8 oz every day for 9 days straight. I do get cysts regularly that only burst occasionally. Just really curious if anyone else excretes anywhere near this amount.
