Exercise Causing Late Periods?

I’m 28 and started exercising regularly and eating healthier in June in an effort to get my body ready to TTC. My periods have always been like clockwork, 25 day cycle. My last 2 periods have now been 42 day cycles. I’ve had something similar happen years ago when I started exercising and had a later-than-normal period. Usually my body regulates back to normal by now, but of course my anxiety and the fact that my husband and I have started to TTC and I can’t pinpoint my ovulation day is worrying me. Has anyone had anything similar happen to them? I recently went to the gyno before my longer periods and everything was fine.
