Would you change your top girl/boy names if you had girl/boy twins? Explanation below.

Question

For example: say your favorite girl name is Elizabeth and your favorite boy name is Daniel. Then you’re pregnant with boy girl twins. Would you name them Daniel and Elizabeth? Or would you change it to Dana and Daniel or Elliot and Elizabeth? 
Btw, these aren’t my personal favorites, just chose common names to explain the scenario.

I might change it if they don't sound good together, but I would personally never use matchy twin names. But if I were planning them for siblings anyway they probably would sound pretty good together though.

When we named our B/G twins, we used our favorite girl name and our favorite boy name. They weren’t matchy, but they were the same style so they went well together, and one name didn’t stand out more than the other. I think it’s silly to use a name that isn’t your favorite just so the twins’ names start with the same letter. That could lead to some serious confusion and name regret.
