I bit the bullet and just ordered the bloomlife contraction device that you rent for weekly use

This is my third pregnancy , yes I know what real labor feels like

BUT and it’s a huge but; my husband is a firefighter here in California and can be hours away, closest family member 4.5 hours away with no traffic , best friend 8 hours away

I have two special needs boys that I solely take care of and my youngest has selective mutism/anxiety on top of autism so will literally only talk to his brother and me

I figured I’d rather just keep tabs on my contractions and tell them all to come home at the start of anything so I don’t end up taking my kids to the hospital with me or worse , giving birth in front of them at home lol I know many ladies who do this intentionally but I’m a big baby and not really comfortable with that for myself

Anyways , maybe someone here has used one and can share their experience with me?
