Bottle oz measurements?

I make 4oz bottles with 2 scoops of formula and when im done adding the formula its more like 4.25/4.5 oz so when I record what my lo eats what do i put 4 or 4.25/4.5 (she usually eats the whole bottle) Ive looked it up online but gotten a lot of mixed reviews. Some people say 4 because thats the liquid oz and some people say to record the additional amount from the formula because thats the volume baby is eating. Anyone ask their pediatrician or know for sure?
