I know babies grow a lot every week before they’re born but this much in a little over a week??

I’ll be 40 weeks tomorrow but I’ve been measuring a week behind every week until 39 weeks. I measured exactly 39.. this is a comparison of 38 weeks & 39+3. I’m not that dropped anymore. Idk he’s super low but also in my ribs. So he’s either big or I just have a short torso 😂 also I’m 3 dilated & 70% effaced. Been loosing my plug for a month & water is bulging. Everyone says I look like I’m carrying so high 😩 I guess my question is is this much growth normal or did he get a growth spurt in a week 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
