Bath or not?
I’m 6 days pp and don’t understand the directions about a bath. The discharge instructions say no bubble bath but then they say I can sit in a clean tub of clear water. So does that mean bath with no salts, bombs, etc or no bath?
I gave vaginal birth and don’t have stitches if that matters.
