I had a miscarriage one week ago. Needed to have D&C for it. I was and still am devastated. That pregnancy was very unexpected and it happened straight after coming off birth control.

We starting having sex again 4 days after MC. Before anyone judges, I had stopped bleeding I have a very high sex drive and generally do it every night lol not only that but it helps me emotionally.

What are the chances of conceiving before period comes? I've heard of people getting pregnant right away so hope I'm one of the lucky ones
