Feeling sick when full

Does anyone else feel physically sick while breastfeeding? I eat food and drink water but I can tell when it's time for him to eat because I feel faint and nauseated. Any ideas how to make this go away? I have to go back to work in a week and can only pump twice in 12 hours so I'm going to be miserable if this doesn't stop.
