So confused....PLEASE HELP!!

I was on the Depo shot from April 2017 till about May of this year. I didn’t have a period in May or June, but I started my period in July and it lasted about 5 or 6 days. As you can see, I’ve been doing the baby dance with my boyfriend frequently for a while now, but I’ve ended up nowhere. All pregnancy tests have been negative, even though I feel “pregnancy symptoms” from time to time like morning sickened, tiredness, nausea and sore breasts. I though once you had your period after getting off the shot meant your body was getting regular and the shot has wore off and wasn’t in your body anymore. If anyone could give me some guidance or advice or maybe even explain my situation better, please help me!!!!!!!
