What do you do for a really bad ingrown hair??

I have a really bad ingrown hair around my bikini area. It has slowly gotten worse. I do not know what to do?? I just put tea tree oil on it because it looks like it maybe on the verge of infection and I'm kinda freaking out a little. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Squeeze it and tweeze the hair out then hold a warm/wet washcloth on it

Get the hair out ASAP!! It will get infected if you don’t remove the hair. You may have to lance it (break skin) but just keep it clean and you will be a okay!
