So recently I just found out that my sac was empty because my baby didn’t grow , and we set up appointments to see what method I’m going to use to get rid of the sac and extra stuff. Today I got my period so does that mean I got rid of it myself , and if I did how long should I wait to try and get pregnant agajn.?

If you started bleeding you should wait tell it stops then schedule an ultrasound, they need to confirm everything came out before

I didnt know my sac was empty until I started bleeding and went to the hospital. they said the sac stopped growing around 7 weeks but I was around 12 weeks when i finally lost it
