Tips on TTC?

I decided I’m going to try OPKs this month after AF. Does anybody recommend taking prenatal vitamins? Or any kind of vitamins? If so what kind? What else can I do to maximize chances of conceiving? Just looking for some tips. Thanks in advance.☺️

OPK tells you your body is preparing to ovulate. You could try BBT tracking in addition to confirm 🙂

You should take prenatal vitamins prior to ttc to help prevent neural tube defects and to make sure you have the proper minerals and vitamins to share with the baby during pregnancy. I use the couples 1 a day pack from walmart. It had prenatals for me and a special mix with extra antioxidants to help sperm for him. Its 26$ for a month supply. Once you concieve, you can just buy the prenatals. Its also recommended to continue the prenatal after pregnancy if you are breastfeeding or planning to ttc later on.

Opks will definitely help with pinpointing ovulation. You should start taking prenatal vitamins as soon as or before you start ttc, as another poster said to prevent neural tube defects as the tube forms often before you can find out your pregnant.
