my period was supposed to end today

This was my first period for a year. I was placed on the minipill andast weak was literal hell. I bled so much and became quite anemic, I got horrible cramps and it was hard to go to school. My period is slowly dying down but I have these weird kinda tickling feelings where I assume my ovaries are and it's really uncomfortable. Any ideas what this is?
