Silent reflux advice??

Question

Anyone else have a baby with silent reflux causing nasal congestion? My baby has terrible congestion at night from it.. enough to wake her up because she struggles to breathe.. and I can’t figure out any way to help her. She sleeps propped up.. I’ve tried saline spray/aspirator.. I keep her upright during feedings.. we’ve tried a humidifier.. anyone have something else they’ve tried that helps??

At night I nurse in the bathroom with the shower on hot to get the bathroom steamy per our pediatricians recommendation.... definitely helps the congestion, very inconvenient though.

I would talk to your pediatrician. My baby had to get on a prescription medication for reflux. We tried everything but the prescription is all that helped.

Unfortunately the only other thing you can do is talk to you pediatrician about a prescription

My baby had terrible reflux until at 7 months I stopped eating dairy because I read about it. It helped. Baby is breastfed.
