Anyone deal with SVT during pregnancy? Help 😩

Just had a episode lastnight that scared me half to death. Only lasted a few minutes.

I've had it since I was 17. It flared up during the 3rd trimester of my last pregnancy. My episodes will last upwards of 30 minutes if I don't actively treat them, to the point of blacking out. Look up how to do vagal maneuvers. They only work for me if I lay down on the ground (face up) and then bear down like you're having a BM until it resolves (doing it while sitting up doesn't work). I can usually snap myself out of it with 3-5 minutes. Hoping it doesn't flair up during this pregnancy as well!!
