He has been sick with a very congested nose so it was recommended we use a humidifier. I turned it on high when he went to sleep and shut his bedroom door. He has a very small room and when I went to wake him up after 11 hours of sleep his rug below the humidifier (in front of the crib) and his sheet on his bed were soaking wet... his room was between 68-71 degrees all night. Is it harmful for him to have gotten that much humidity from the air all night? I’m freaking out over him like ingesting too much water. He seemed fine this morning, although still very congested. He ate well and had plenty of dirty/wet diapers.
