If your doctor says it’s baby acne then it’s baby acne. It goes away on its own, don’t mess with it.

My LO got baby acne like this at 2 weeks, we just wiped his face with a wet washcloth (no soap) during his bath and it cleared up within a week. It’s totally normal and will clear up on its own!
