Hi All,

I’m freaking out and panicking and looking to see if anyone else has been in this situation and how it turned out.

We have been trying a year (on metformin and 4 rounds of femara) and finally has our BFP in August.

I had my first ultrasound at a clinic today and the tech said she didn’t see anything or a heart beat, but my doctor would call me and schedule follow ups.

She said not to panic and they would likely do another ultrasound in 10 days, but I feel like by 7 weeks (based on my cycle I think I’m actually 7w3d) something should be there.

I’m still having all the pregnancy symptoms but I’m fearful of a missed miscarriage.

Anyone have this experience? The not knowing is killing me!
