Embarrassing post

Currently with a partner who I was with a few years ago(smell went away when we had a break and come back when we got back together) that tend to make me smell more so after sex but even if we don’t have sex for a few days I still smell just not as bad. I know we haven’t got any stds or anything as both been tested. We’ve also never been able to conceive. Could these be linked? We have got an appointment booked with doctor just wanted to advice/experiences
