like a day or two before ovulation bc the semen can stay alive for a couple days and when ovulation happens, the sperm is ready to go 🤣

Every other day. So today. Tomorrow. Skip the next day because sperm needs to build back up. Then again on Ovulation day. Not the next day. But then the day after that. Lol

During that entire week. If you aren’t tracking ovulation you might miss it. I would start my first Green Day and keep dancing until a few days after
