Almost 39 weeks and baby hasn't dropped. OB couldn't even feel his head today. Will sitting on an exercise ball all day at work help engage his head?

I walked for an hour a day for two days in a row and then went into labor (37 weeks +4 days) haha! walking will typically help and can even help lessen labor pains when it’s time.

my son never dropped he was high in my ribs when I went into labor at 38w 3d.

Don't worry, it doesn't mean anything. Some babies drop early and stay that way for weeks, others don't drop until labour starts. I was 40 weeks, not effaced, not dilated and baby hadn't dropped. 5 days later I had him in my arms! Bouncing is supposed to help... it didn't do much for me though. I honestly believe that he simply came when he was ready.

40 weeks and 1 day and baby still hasnt dropped for me either.. I'm just sure now I'll have to be induced 😔

Take a nice four or more long walk that's usually always works for me and use that ball

I was the same with my first and he never engaged, when the doctor's broke my waters they had to manually engage him. I did everything to try and get him engaged and nothing worked. It can also be a sign of breach! Good luck
