Eating every 2 hours with no appetite..


I’m almost 16 weeks along and I have to eat every 2 hours or else my acid reflux/morning sickness kicks in. I still don’t have much of an appetite, so it’s hard finding healthy things to eat.

I’ve literally been eating plain oatmeal, pretzels and hummus, plain yogurt and drinking a small cup of milk in the morning and at night for weeks now ..... I’ve tried eating a variety of other food but nothing tastes right or it makes my acid reflux worse... :( and some food just makes me sick :( I’m getting so tired of eating the same foods over and over :(

What did you guys eat?? Any food suggestions from someone who went through this???

Please help :(
